Selekcija (Selection) Extra Virgin Olive Oil is crafted from a careful varietal selection of olives, producing a milder oil with a harmonious flavor. The oil features a slightly fruity scent, with notes of grass and almonds, while its taste blends sweetness with mild bitterness and a hint of spiciness. The oil is initially green but gradually acquires yellowish hues as it matures. Made from a blend of Leccino, Frantoio, and Peranzana olives, harvested from mid-October to mid-November, this oil is perfect for enhancing salads, vegetables, pizza, bread, pasta, and poultry. It falls into the category of medium fruity with very mild bitterness and light spiciness, offering a subtle yet refined taste.
