This youthful Malvasia shines with a soft golden-yellow hue and an inviting, clear varietal character. The aroma reveals ripe apricots, hints of dried herbs, and a touch of lavender. On the palate, it is dry, medium-bodied, and slightly oily in texture, with pleasant intensity and warmth. Fruity notes of strawberries and raspberries dominate, complemented by subtle tannic spice and a medium-long, rich finish. Perfectly paired with a variety of dishes, from fatty fish and shellfish to lamb, feathered game, and tomato-based pasta, this wine offers exceptional versatility and classic charm.
