This aromatic oil is full of vibrant Mediterranean flavors, offering a refreshing lemon taste and fragrance, with a beautiful emerald green color. Its versatility allows for endless possibilities in flavor combinations, making it ideal for salads, vegetables, fish, seafood, poultry, desserts, ice cream, chocolate, smoothies and pasta. Made from Leccino and Frantoio olives, harvested from mid-October to mid-November, this aromatic oil brings a fresh, zesty touch to any dish.
